Steamroll Event

Come out and support ESU’s public art students as they host their first steamroll event! Watch as 4×4 foot woodblocks are printed live during the EFF Artwalk.
Artists created and carved the boards with their own original design. On the day of the event, the boards are inked by hand, placed on the street with fabric placed over the boards and a stemroller will roll over them, pressing the fabric onto the board. The resulting outcome is a fine art print!
Original 9″x12″ hand pulled prints will also be available with a donation!
We will also have live music happening during the event!
Prints will be on display at Preston Gallery in the Lyon County History Center.
