Cinco de Mayo Dancers

Hosted by Hispanics of Today and Tomorrow (HOTT), Cinco de Mayo is a long-standing Emporia tradition. The annual event celebrates Mexican triumph and pride, while embracing unity among Emporia's many different cultures.

Join us in downtown Emporia to experience this fun, family-friendly festival. Events kick-off at 11 am with a Cinco-K run. The street party will feature food trucks, vendors, music, dancing, crowning of royalty, jalapeño eating contest, and a DJ in the evening.
