Native Plant Sale

Join us at the PAROC as we learn about the benefits of using native plants in our gardens and landscapes! We will provide information on the different plants and options for your space, and how these native plants will add beauty and habitat for birds, pollinators, and more! The Kansas Grassland Heritage Foundation will be sharing their knowledge followed by a native plant sale at the PAROC. The Native Lands Restoration Collaborative will be giving an educational talk followed by an opportunity for the community to learn more about the riparian restoration work that is going on North of the PAROC. Timeline: 2-5 PM: Native Plant Sale 2-5 PM: Hands-on activities in PAROC Classroom. 2 PM: Native Plants Talk w/Native Lands Restoration Collaborative 3 & 4 PM: Basics of Native Plant Gardening Free and open to all ages, no registration required!
