William Allen White and the KKK in Kansas

February 11 @ 2:00 pm

ESU Special Collections and Archives and the William Allen White Community Partnership, Inc. invite the campus and community to “William Allen White and the KKK in Kansas,” a program presented by Beverley Olson Buller and made possible by Humanities Kansas. This presentation follows White’s 1924 campaign for governor and the two-month tour that had him traveling over 2,700 miles to deliver 104 speeches, all directed at expelling the Ku Klux Klan from the state. The event will take place in the Learning Commons of William Allen White Library. Refreshments will be provided.
