Join us for an evening of soulful musical magic with THE KELLEY HUNT ACOUSTIC QUINTET!  Legendary singer-songwriter, international touring recording artist and Emporia native Kelley Hunt’s career comprises over 2,000 live performances,  including some of the most significant festival stages in North America and Europe, airplay on five continents, six appearances on American Public Media’s award winning radio show “A Prairie Home Companion,” multiple song placements in indie and studio feature films, and seven acclaimed commercial releases.  Her music crosses roots music boundaries, organically referencing soul, roots R&B, gospel, folk, funk and Americana forms, and infuses the piano styles of Kansas City, New Orleans and St. Louis.  

The Kelley Hunt Acoustic Quintet features bassist James Albright, drummer/percussionist Brandon Graves, singers Allena and Angelina Ross, and is an improvisational, power vocal reimagining of Kelley’s extensive catalog of original music along with new works written with the acoustic quintet in mind.
