The Orchard is a fruit farm & mini golf course front located just 6 miles north of Emporia, KS on Hwy 99.  The Orchard is a fun stop for families – you can feed fish, play minigolf, pick apples, try a cider slush, or just enjoy being outside.

Fruit Farm & Store

Owners Bob and Elaine Karr grow more than 30 varieties of apples (800 trees), 8 varieties of peaches (100 trees), as well as several types of Japanese plums and pie cherries. There’s always something ready to pick from late May through October.

The Orchard farm store sells a variety of Kansas made products such as:

  • Fresh local fruit and produce
  • Local honey
  • Apple cider
  • Alma Cheese
  • Kansas Country Blessing

Mini Golf

The Orchard Also features a mini golf course made out of native limestone.

Hours

The Orchard Farm Store and golf course is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm and Sunday, 1-6 pm, Mid August through December.
