Founded in 2018, Vault Meats & Cheeses is a locally-owned and operated chartuterie. The shop is located in downtown Emporia and offers a savory variety of 30 fresh-sliced meats and 50+cheeses, along with specialty products. Bluestem Farm & Ranch Supply, 2611 W. Highway 50

Bluestem Farm & Ranch Supply, family-owned and operated since 1961, is Emporia’s one-stop shop for everything from farm supply, pet products, gifts, home goods, clothing and everything in between. Sweet Granada, 803 Commercial St.

The Sweet Granada is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. The specialty sweet shop was opened by a local mother and daughter and is revered for their handmade gourmet chocolates. This local chocolatier offers sweet and savory treats worthy of any holiday party, stocking, or holiday party gift. Founded in 2004, the shop offers over 200 varieties of handmade chocolates, and the popular Pop-Choc, which is a delicious combination of savory buttery popcorn and sweet, gourmet chocolate, all in one delightful, tasty package. A new cinnamon Pop-Choc is coming soon. Other sweet treats include truffles, chocolate-dipped Oreos, macarons, caramel apples, and a host of other chocolates, candies and other snacks. Dynamic Discs, 912 Commercial St.

If there’s a disc golf enthusiast in your life whether professional or amateur, a stop in Emporia is a must. Emporia is home to Dynamic Discs and the Glass Blown Open, the largest disc golf tournament in the world. Founded in 2005 as a hobby by an enterprising Emporia State University student, Dynamic Discs has grown into a full-scale disc golf manufacturer that specializes in everything disc golf, with two locations in Emporia. A large variety of products are available in the Dynamic Discs retail store including discs, apparel, bags, baskets, carts and accessories such as towels, umbrellas, stools, hydration bottles and minis. They offer distance drivers, fairway drivers, midranges and putter discs. Among their services are custom disc manufacturing, course design and tournament partnerships. Twin Rivers Wine and Gourmet Shoppe, 627 Commercial St.

Another locally-owned business featuring specialty items from food and drink to kitchen products, Twin Rivers Wine and Gourmet Shoppe, is a must-visit stop for your gift and holiday party needs. Twin Rivers, established in 2015, is a winery that offers a tasting room and products including fine cheeses, bulk spices, and unique kitchen accessories and gifts. Wines include red, white, rosés and honey. They also offer a variety of craft hard ciders. You’ll also find everything from jellies to olives, to stemware and corkscrews, napkins and coasters with quirky sayings and unique items for the kitchen.
