The Kansas Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), John Conway, and the Kansas Wildlife and Parks, Alex Lyon, will speak at the Emporia Public Library. The event will be Monday March 9 at 6:00 pm in the large meeting room. All public is invited.
