Join the Parkinson’s Foundation free educational program, “Parkinson’s 101: What You and Your Family Should Know” to hear expert speaker Muhammad Nashatizadeh, MD from the University of Kansas Medical Center, a Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence, provide an overview of Parkinson’s disease (PD), as well as discuss its causes, common symptoms, and available treatments. Learn practical daily living tips to navigate the challenges of living with PD. This in-person program is open to people with Parkinson’s, their families, friends, providers/practitioners, and the community. There is no charge to attend, but registration is required at Parkinson.org/Emporia.
