About the Community Arts Alliance

The Emporia Community Arts Alliance is made up of volunteers that represent a variety of art organizations in Emporia. The group has come together to enrich and promote Emporia through the arts. The Community Arts Alliance has partnered with Visit Emporia to sponsor several murals and art projects throughout the city.

Property Owners – Submit Your Site

We need locations for public art. While we work closely with the city on public areas that can be sites for public art, we need privately owned locations as well. If you have a property that you think could be a site for a public art installment or a reimagined space, please click the button below to sign up.

We are seeking proposals for public art from talented artists. Below are links to a template that you can follow for your proposal. This project proposal template is a tool to help artists bring potential community art projects to life. Completed proposals can be emailed to Visit Emporia.
